M&B 2?

Hey all, I could have sworn that a while ago (a year or so back) when Warband was announced that they also confirmed that they would be working on a M&B 2. Am I right? If so, have you heard anything more about that?
Any chance that a developer could confirm or deny?

Armagan already confirmed it, he's stated multiple times in Warband Interviews that M&B 2 is what's next.

Ah, sorry, I have not seen any of his interviews, so the only thing I have heard about it was that little announcement with Warband that I cannot find. Have any details on it been released?

As far as I'm aware, and I may be wrong, there are zero details for sure, and it's likely not been started on and won't be for some time.

Warband is practically still in beta, after all.

whether or not mount and blade 3 will be a standalone expansion, like warband,  or a whole new redesigned game-  is just speculation at this point though.
(remember they are still working on warband,  M&B3 wont be for a Looong time)
