In Progress M&B 2 Bannerlord doesn't start

I have almost 500 h on bannerlord and i never had problems performance based that made me leave the game. Lately the game doesn't start at all. I press play on steam , then the launcher shows up , i chose what I want to play and noting happened. On steam it says its running , on task manager I can't find anything related to bannerlord and when I press Stop on steam the game gets stuck in an endless loop of stopping. It just says Stopping but nothing happends and I can't relaunch the game. I tried with and without mods , previous versions of the game , verified game files , launched as administrator and even uninstalled the game and downloaded from scratch . The game simply doesn't work.
I updated windows and drivers no changes at all.
Also tested multyplayer , that doesn't work as well.

CPU: Intel(R) pentium(R) CPU G4560
RAM: 8

I have and the issue isn't fixed.
I have noticed that steam is unable to sync M&B but I don't know if it has something to do with it , not being able to start . I tried disabling steam cloud but no changes, and when I press the sync button it just says error unable to sync.

I tried deleting the entire M&B 2 bannerlord folder in documents , by deleting I mean the permanently delete button and not right click delete and now it works. Still don't know what caused the issue , thanks for the help and on your time.
