It was, yes.  But I can't control how quickly customer support deals with my tickets requesting reboots.  Server also had to be moved to Chicago as they put us in NYC even though I paid an extra $25 to have it in Chicago.

It would appear that Peasant is trying to make some form of new forums to try and replace the official TW forums because they keep banning him.  I'm going to try to find someone else to help me with the technical side of the forums/serverbox, or I'll try to do it myself.
