In Progress Low res trees/pixelated/flickering

Summary: Terrible pixelated trees & blurriness which seems to flicker whenever I move the camera(and in scenes), on medium graphics. This started to happen a few months ago. Since then I've wiped my hard-drive and re-installed all drivers. Re-installed Bannerlord today to find the issue is still there. I've messed around with the graphics settings to try and find some fix but nothing. Appreciate any help, hope I don't need a new GFX card.
