Low FPS

I tried the sticky solution and it didnt work so I was wondering if anyone else can figure it out.

Nvidea GTX 275
8Gb of RAM
Native runs around 200 - 300 FPS
NW runs at around 30 FPS passivly and less than 5 when more than 2 players are on screen.
