Completed the destruction of all 3 imperial nations, they disbanded and joined non imperial, one joined me Lucon, Garios and Rhegea joined Vald and Khu. after that 54 days later in game this pops up, and cant do it cause Garios is in Vald, hmm. lol

How to reproduce: Eliminate all empire factions before Istiana's conspiracy reaches 2000. Leading clans will join other factions and when conspiracy reaches 2000, one of them will declare war on you, even tho they don't exist anymore.
In my case, I was playing with Vlandia and Southern Empire declared war on us, even tho they were destroyed earlier and Rhagea already joined Vlandia as a vassal.

Main quest is just too buggy at the moment. Better steer clear of it for the time being.

Hi, the screenshot the original poster provided shows a bugged progress of -2147483648. Have you ever encountered a similar bug? Do you still have your save files with this bug persisting?

No, -2147483648 didn't happen to me.
What happened was; former leader of a destroyed faction who is currently part of Vlandia, declaring war against Vlandia, which is the same issue OP described. But that number didn't happen to me.
