Lots of city bugs

I have had a character in single player since D2D beta started, so I'm pretty far along. Besides all the error messages that keep spamming there are some pretty serious bugs associated with owning a city.

I am a vassal of Rhodoks, I kept getting assigned towns that would be looted constantly, if that isn't a reason to rebel... Any ways, I had one village in the Sarranid area and decided to siege back Shariz. Our faction had recently lost it back and it wasn't well defended.

I asked for the city to be assigned to me, since I had a good reputation with 90% of the lords since I did so many quests for them as a mercenary, I won the town. The thing is, I was assigned all of the towns that are attached to it as well. I then received all the back rents for every town and the city. That means I have a city and like seven towns. I got over 10k rent the first week.

That was cool, since I plan on rebelling I didn't complain. The problem is, the next week. Even more bugs. First off there is no reduction of payment for garrisoned troops. that needs to be fixed because now they don't even get my leadership bonus. Wages that were 900 fora whole army are now 1400 just for the 60 troops I put in Shiraz.

Also, there is a mysterious new function that took another 500 of my income, putting me in the red for every week since the first, taxation inefficiency. There is no information on how to fix this problem. I would gladly assign a companion to do my taxation. I made Bunduk a bad ass fighter but he contributes nothing in party skills. I have higher training and level then him.

So, there are bugs, there there is a new system that only serves to frustrate since there is no guidance on how to fix the problem. It is not evident on what I should do.

The getting assigned villages that are looted isn't a bug, it's just that they are near the border, and that's a bad thing if theres a war.
How many troops did you have in your party when you put 60 troops in shariz? That one might be a bug.
Can you explain the mysterious function?

Are you playing 1.102?

I know what villages get assigned is not a bug, just commenting. I had 87 troops and the cost of my garrison is much higher then my whole army was. Also, I have like 5 villages attached to my city, pretty sure that is a bug.

Mysterious function.. Like I said, when you see the tax summery you lose money due to what is called "tax inefficiency". I lose 500, with my inflated troop costs that puts me in the negative, even with so many fiefs.

villages are attached to towns.... Not a bug... Even if there are 5  (They got to be a attached to something)

Tax inefficiency is some new a**hole thing added to take away your money for having many fiefs I think. Which is ridiculous because I would be in the red even without tax inefficiency. (Even with 7 villages 1 town and 1 castle) Full wages for garrisoned troops is way too much. I guess that's what I get for having two armies, one for sieges and the other for battles in the open.

Right now fiefs seem pointless to own in the game. Think I might make a new character, and avoid being a vassal like the plague until it is fixed.

Tax inefficiency makes sense, but but either needs to be removed or fiefs and towns need to give more money. Basically, I think it is fine that the game has something to make you not want to own every town on the map, but if you only own a small amount of places you should be able to make more than enough for troop costs. You should be rewarded for owning a city, not penalized.

All I want out of the system is to be able to do as well as an NPC lord, and that seems to mean being able to garrison my single castle with 150 troops, and still afford to run around with an army of 260.
