Lost Serial Key - What do I do?

Hi,
After playing Mount & Blade for well over a year my PC harboured a very harmful virus and had to be completely reformatted. Though this has given me back my PC, I have lost all my games and Serial Licences. On attempting to open the e-mail from taleworlds I found that the original e-mail had been overwritten due to previous reformattings (Dad's PC).

I have the order number, so what do I do now? Do I e-mail them? If so, what address?

Ooops, it didn't work! 

I tried all 3 of my emails. I'm certain it was one of those. I'm gonna have to contact them directly. But i wanted to play now!

I have a problem. I emailed Esellerate and they said they had no record of me buying M&B from them. I naturally thought there must be an error down their end so i went to my Online bank account and checked all my statements going back to the start of 2005 but still couldn't find any mention of me paying Esellerate. So could someone tell me what the transaction shows up as (i.e. Who does it say I'm paying). I'm starting to think i paid by Paypal (Going to check my account now) so I'm wondering how i would go about getting my key if i had.
