Lost account due to new update?

Attempted to login to MP as usual and was greeted with an error message saying Family Share is not allowed. I have roughly 1000 hours in the game at the moment and many of those hours coming from multiplayer, I'd like to know if I'm experiencing a glitch or if I can possibly transfer all of my cosmetics from one account to the other via support somewhere. I can't imagine having to grind for all of it over again, but I'm a dirty addict so I will continue to return for more.

Any help is appreciate, return a poor fool his shiny things please
