loses morale because of my party formation ?

I have a party size of 30 but every few minutes ı lose 6 morale because of party formation. I dont get what going on . I have few infantry spear man , cavalry ,archers, . How do ı stop losing morale .İts bugs me everytime ı see it.

different religion penalty.

where are your troops from?
if some are pagan, few are christian and rest are muslim, there you go... thats the culprit.

try to field an army from the same culture/religion

There are on the same island.ıll have to check them . I hope it not the ones ı spent alot of money upgrading

quick question how do ı check which religion they all seem the same.From morale ı notice there was religion problem -19

Once at a time, there should a text appear, showing your army's religion.

ı just got rid of all of them and only recruit troops in close area. That seem to do it do you mean the blue writing shows which religion they are ı always wondered what they were

I'm having this problem to. I'm playing as a vassal to Sweden, and i ONLY have armies from Sweden/Finland called Huskarls and Bryn something, still i loose morale all the time. Ive tried dismissing all the Bryns still loosing morale.
