Hello guys I have a quick question.

But before I ask this is great mod I just love it,played many mods but this one is the coolest.
It is kind I like vanilla warband the most and look at this I can play a mod and vanilla again .

But anyways my question,the kingdom of the nords doesn't have much troops lord have around the 60 troops and the most were around 150 and 1 lord had only 2 troops lol maybe defeated in combat,is this a glitch?

Do lord now need to recruit on their own and not just simple stay in a castle and gain troops there?

From my own playing, Lords troop counts goes up over time. If they've been defeated in combat, they spawn with 0 troops and slowly start to build up. If the nation just got done with a war, or is in the middle of one they're losing, it probably isn't uncommon to see some of their lords running around with very depleted numbers.

Also is based on your character's level and campaign difficulty setting. If your char is still low level and you've chosen an easy setting, lords will have smaller parties.
