Lords that dislike their king.

Ok, I am trying to build my own kingdom from scratch (without joining any fraction prior), but so far I only have Alburq castle and Jaylek village from the time of my war with the Nords. The Nords have long since made peace with my kingdom of one, but I've found the lord recruitment business a lot harder than i expected (probably because I didn't have right to rule from other fraction's campaigns). So far I have high honor, 1915 renown, and 21 right to rule.  My relations with many honorable lords are in the 60's, and my relations with Lord Mleza is 80 or so. The bugger still won't abandon his incompetent king though. I have 7 persuasion, by the way.

So, what I want to know is: what lords have problems with their kings, but also are not douche-bags or terribly weak? And who was the first lord you recruited?
I prefer Vaegir or Swadian lords, but any will do, really.

press ctrl+` and type in: "cheatmenu" when you talk to a lord a lot of **** will appear but when you ask the lord if he will join you follow the interaction and you  will see how much chance you will have and/or what the problem is he wouldnt join. but be aware, even if you have a chance of 20% a lord may still decide to join you. in the worse case you can make companions as lords but they are really weak.

You can find out which lords in a kingdom dislike their king without cheating. Send a companion on spy mission (talk to them, ask them if they have any useful connections, and have them go gather info) and they will update the Notes page for each lord in the kingdom they visited. This will give you the lord's relation with their liege.

Lords that are doing poorly with their king will change each game as lord's personalities are randomized at game start, and quarrelsome, debauched, etc lords will do worse than martial, good natured what have you.

To find out a lord's personality, talk to them and get a sense of if they think the king "has a ripe bunch of bastards" in his court, or if "my duty is to my rightful liege" etc...the only direct way I know of is using the Diplomacy mod, there the chancellor can give you info.
