Lords renown?

I'v got a question.

At my own kingdom, i have bridei, Connor, Mihael as vassals. They around lvl 30 and have around 430 renown. all the other lords in the land are increases there renown in time. but the renown of my lords are constant at 430 and doesnt increase.

Is there a Bug?

I played for a long time and many lords in other factions have renown over 1500 and any kings have over 2000, but my vasalls connor, bridei have 430 at long time ago.

Penda is a king. He started to 2000 in renown.
Your companions need win battles and others to get renown.

Bridei has got fight many battles alone and with me. But her renown is constant.
