This is somewhat unrelated, but out of curiousity, what's so constitutional about your two clans?
This, for example...

... sounds very much like he rules by decree like an absolute monarch, rather than one bound by constitutional process. I don't have much insight in the way DoF handles things, but I'd be very interested in taking a peek at your respective constitutions.

DoF is no longer a constitutional Triarchy. (we just forgot to change the thread)  We're now more of a uhhh, I'm not quite sure? Its only 1 main leader (with checks and balances by sub-leaders and a council. The main leader can be voted our of power. He is also not allowed by to called King, we don't really like the idea of a "King Darin" XD) We do have a "constitution" though. But its a bit lose-form. Its more just a set of basic non-specific rules that are understood. Our constitution is a bit more based on checks and balances of power than an actual rule system we operate by.

Actually, DoF is more like a constitutional monarchy then before.  Before DoF was more just a Triarchy, because there where just three leaders (all equel power) but with no real Council or anything else.  There where no elected positions.  The only checks and balances where between the three leaders, just meaning that one leader could not order things and make rules for one of the other leaders branch (I could not make a rule for Nord Champions men).

Now, its more like a constitutional monarchy.  The Lord of DoF was elected from the three former leaders. (1 more election then before).  We now have a council and the members of it are elected by a public (all clan members) vote (2 more elections then before).  There is also in place a way of preventing the Lord of DoF from taking over completely.  Two of the sub-leaders (with the support of the council) can demote and force a new election for Lord of DoF.  Also, it works the other way around, if the Lord of DoF thinks that one of the sub-leaders is not doing his job or is power hungry, then he (with the support of the other two sup-leaders) can demote the third sun-leader.  The council can be overruled (I think) by a 4-0 vote from the Lord of DoF and all three sub-leaders.  (I am not sure about this last part).

All in all, I think we have more democratic systems in-place now then before, and yes, we do have a constitution, but we had that back when there were three leaders.

It is however listed that the leader of DoF can never be referred to as "King" He is simply a public official, not an absolute leader. Also, the last part is somewhat correct. In the event of the council being questioned, 2/3 sub-leaders + The Archduke of DoF (Leader) can make the council's power nill

WOW Kherven hit the nail on the head with this "new clan"...... Couldn't you at least TRY  to be original besides your clan name?  Everything else is clearly taken "word for word" from another clan.  Also the banner pic from another clan.... and all you can come up with is "pure coincidence" ??  LOL     

Word of advice... any "leader" who's too lazy to write his own rules or come up with his own idea's isnt a leader at all..

You sir are a poser...  Re-roll your clan and come up with your own ideas ffs....
