Lords are now not going back to towns hardly ever and mostly holding on to prisoners. In most games you will get lucky to find 1 or maybe 2 lords in a dungeon when there could be 10-20 prisoners all sitting in parties. Not sure if it's that they don't go back to town because they don't need food, In 1.7.2 they would hit a fief after almost every battle and now they can stay out for weeks. The effect of this is that in previous patches in was introduced that parties would go to town to heal after battle so now after battles they just still wander the map and are not healing making them easy targets. I think maybe the new food supply is interfering with the code telling them they are hurt and need to hit a fief to rest which also means they carry more prisoner slowing them down. Also it could be the new dungeon capacity limit put it and changed in 1.8 But needs to be looked at as 90% of all prisoners are never put into dungeons

I've observed it, sort of.
But I've seen them go to town, but they unload all the regular troops as prisoners, but keep the lords to themselves.

I just imagined that the way I see it "a design decision". Since the lords then can sell'em for ransom offers(why they dont do that with ransom broker in town however suggest that your onto something).

The downside to this lack of lords in dungeons though, is that its "much" harder to lvl up roguery vs how it was before imo.
You could get insane amount of that xp + charm for busting lords out, which tbh was one of the things I did to "influence" wars as much as possible(I would bust'em out on equal measures keeping their wars going on and on lol)

I think the main issue is first the dungeon limit. I know TW put it in place that prisoners are deleted everyday t make room. If your going to put a dungeon limit then make it for lords/mercs only. They should sell the rest to help build income for the clan. I watched an armies win a battle then go into town and when it left i had over 500 prisoners still with them, I took a screenshot of it. That should change quick. @Dejan should armies being carrying 500 prisoners with them after winning a battle and going into town. ---This was after they visited town and left.

I think its yes and no, I think its still the issue of the "garrison" that takes the prisoners that is an issue. So they flood it.
Example after a fight I had my towns dungeon is empty, but it still shows 72 prisoners, which never goes away.
However I can dump prisoners there, and random lords will dump their bandit prisoners or other pow's.

I've spotted a few times where theres lords now though, but overall its too few no doubt.
Given that it started with the new changes, I'm thinking your right though.
The garrison itself takeing prisoners and keeping them though is something they should remove or that those prisoners aswell was put in the regular dungeon.

I'm also pondering if they keep the prisoners in their parties as thye are less likely to escape there vs dungeons (cause of perks etc).
Sidenote - the minimum required health for a prisoner to try to escape should be 50% or higher, so that typically you can even from far out have a chance to dump'em in a dungeon, just seems weird that a npc with 10% hp, who cant partake in combat is able to escape..
