Lords no more creating new Knightly Orders?

I played this great mod some time ago when it was in its 3.6 version. Now I have a 700 days game with the latest version and I can't remember in this game any lords creating KO, while in the 3.6 game there were plenty of creating KO messages spawning. Has anybody experiencied this issue? Has this feature been disabled with the new version, or is it just me?

I´ve seen plenty of them in both of my games (+1300 days one, +900 the other).

I'm pretty sure I've seen random Knightly orders in Lords parties, but not sure about the creation announcements that used to pop up ( I may have just auto clicked them off and not really noticed)

Some playthoughs none will show up and others they will spam them. Mostly it's something in between with a few showing up. Would be cool if they also founded chapters of established orders. That I have actually yet to see.

It seems pretty rare.  Only seen it 2-3 times in my 8-12 aborted play-throughs since the new version. 

Oddly enough, each time the name of the order was some variation of "Order of the ....... Dolphin".  None of the castles were near water.

I just had one created at about day 250. There was a pop up message telling me about it.

I have 3 of them in castles I conquer - one some kind of Lions with out horses, one similar to Clarions but with falcons plates and one with big axes and no shield, also I saw two other KO - Dolphins and something 'scarlet'...

I think if you change the message settings in POP settings the pop up messages don't appear.
