Lords Do not stock/replenish Garrison

I have two clans. They each have two Castles.

Both Clans are at least Rich.

None of the Castles has a Garrison. The Garrison has zero troops. And its been that way for a long time.

I have another Clan that isn't adding anything to the Garrison in their Tow and Castle as well.

Has anyone else seen this?

Whatever the current version is with no mods.

It took them about over year, but they finally put 10 defenders into the garrison.

Maybe a new bug. I usually see garrisons filling up once a fief is given to somebody, however if they stake a fief on their own they leave it empty until the voting. There should also be passive recruitment into the garrisons too, if not maybe there's some problem with that too like the villages not having recruits. In a year you should have got a whole lot more then 10, I'd guess you'd have normal sized garrison just from passive recruitment.
