Lords disappearing at Bal Luighne

My lords keep disappearing and others say they are on the field next to Bal Luighne.
This is sandbox mode after campaign also no previous saves, as I searched for sometime and saw people saying use old save but didn't see any other solution, so I wonder is it fixed somehow now?
I waited 1 month+ and it became worse and Cuthred also disappeared.
Ctrl + T not showing as well.

Yes, they aren't on the map and I waited for more than 1 month ingame still same text.
