Yeah, when you're in the edit character screen (after pressing v) you can just edit as you wish and click control+c, the code can be pasted into lords.xml like usual with control+v.

Edit: Of course, it's better to do it in the character creation as you said since you can edit both lords and ladies then.

Listen, I got the idea here to release my version of the Lords into the Nexus. Of course, it is unlikely that anyone is interested ))))) but still

Hey, ma man, check it out! Seems to be less Khuzait, but who cares now! ))) I've tryid even change her Trait, ehh

You can edit her too. Start a new game to get into the character creation phase, copy/paste her code from the file in, make the changes to make her look more Khuzait. Then you just copy/paste that back into the lords.xml file.

There's a "better npcs" mod but it's not perfect when it comes to making lords look like they belong in their faction, maybe you could do better.

LOL i just had to check my Yana never looked at her side on that nose is hilarious looks like she went 10 rounds with iron Mike.
I think i will have to change that now that i have seen it.

Ah she can keep hear ears i don't generally mess with NPC appearance unless i feel they need it like that nose or if it is my intended waifu.

I have a similar feeling with most faces. They seem alright until you rotate them and discover that they're either weirdly flat or protruding at unexpected points.

Males seem to be less plagued by it
