Faced some changes.

I play beta 1.3.0 from the moment of availability. Yesterday, suddenly creating a new game, I discovered that the appearance of the Nobles was changed. When they managed to make changes, and is there an opportunity to roll back to previous appearance (I miss Abagai)

Why they nerfed armor? Also skills are very high for 24 years old and why Khuzait studied crossbow?

This is the reason for not to start the new playthrough. New faces are awful, Abagai in particular, the old one is much more cute. The new one looks like a man with awful military make-up. Many lords look also horrible, it looks like they've taken their inspiration from those cringy carricatures from cartoons for kids.

And have you seen the new face of Mesui? Her old design represents her as a woman who survived a slaughter (the scar and the blind eye reminds her of it). The new face is just crap.

Actually I like the new one more. She looks more appriopriate. And maybe it is possible, that she's lost her initial armour in some battle and bought the one you see her with? Or maybe there's some space for randomization when they spawn? I am not sure if she's one of the main clan members, but maybe she's randomly generated just as wanderers are?

She's not perfect, but to me it's for sure better than it used to be. I checked it myself and in my older game ( Started on 1.3.0 beta before hotfix ) she looks like on the first picture OP posted and in a new game I started right now just to check that she looks like this.

Thank you for that. Khuzaits are indeed not only Mongols, but all the people of the steppe. She might just aswell look completely european, to say it simple. Check out Cumans/Polovtsy for example.

The Khuzaits are based partially on the Mongols but also on their more modest cousins, the Avars, Göktürks, Kipchaks, and Khazars, who were more regional powers than global ones.

Yep. I'm getting the impressions of more late Turkic nomadic confederations like the Cuman-Kipchaks or the Seljuks.

As for changing appearance, you can do that. Install e1.2.0 through Steam,Use Detailed Character Creation in 1.2.0 and copy Abagai's appearance code when modifying her appearance, then download e1.3.0 again and use that code on her.

Yeah, right now they are based on ****tty models from Mass Effect Andromeda, you got me here.

Stop being so toxic pls, and look closely at the pictures of the folk that Khuzaits were based on. None of them looks like, for example, Abagai after the patch.

And by the way, Khuzaits are partially based on Mongols, so stop spreading bull's waste products please.

Is there a possibility this is a feature? I mean I am in my third playthrough and Monchug appearance and other Khuzait lords appearance changed for each play playthrough. I didn't pay attention to other faction lords.
