Lordly Stuff Common?

First of all, i dont know i am posting in the correct forum or not. I searched the technical forums but i dont think that my query really comes in the technical category. So heres my question.
I play the native mod and want the full Lordly set. But everytime i come across one its too expensive. The money will not always be a problem as i can simply earn more. But the rarity is a problem. I cant expect the lordly armor and masterwork weapons to stay for ever.
But while i was surfing google, i found a post which showed how to edit certain game files which will result in lordly and other rare items to become common while make the common items rare.
Unfortunately i neither remember the method nor have been able to find the article.
So can someone help me by either giving me the link if they know the article i am referring to or telling me the editing process directly?

Try this:

You can change the abundance value on an item, but as far as I know, you can't change the rarity on modifiers like lordly, reinforced, thick, etc. But maybe you can and I just don't know how to do it. If it's possible to do that, can you explain how it would be done?

Yes you'r right. There is a way but thats harsh a bit: uncheck all modifiers except the lordly (or what u want) one. This will raise the chanche to get what u want

I got the tweaker from the link. And it helped a lot. Now i native mod i can access Guildmasters directly, continue battles after being knocked out(though not command soldiers), etc which has helped a lot. But the option of editing the items themselves to change their abundance value is not available.

Yes i did. But i couldnt find the download link. Then one thing led to another and i ended up with the MBTweak.

By the way, is this editor compatible with MBTweak and available for Warband version 1.153?

both are editors, but in different aspect of game, so there is no problem there, (in my view).

http://mountandblade.mircon.de/wp/morghs-mb-wbwfas-editor/morghs-mount-blade-wbwfas-editor-en/
this goes to the page itself (yes it was a little hard to find the link).

Go in the data folder and open item_modifiers.txt (you may need to copy it from the common data directory above Modules).
Change imod_lordly Lordly_%s 12.500000 0.250000 so that 0.25 is a higher number (12.5 is the price modifier).

So i downloaded the editor. So where exactly should i extract the thing and which folder is to be edited?

Edit:
I know this question is slightly off topic but i didnt want to create a new post for such a minor one.
As i said earlier, i used MBTweak to have all companions from never leaving. But it still doesnt prevent their morale from reaching 0. And i read somewhere that when morale of companions fall below a certain lvl their party skills stop working. What lvl is that?

And is their any option in MBTweak which eliminates the companion dislikes so that their morale wont fall? Does selecting "no companion interaction help?
