Need More Info Lordly banners inside settlement out of place

Summary: While passing by Mecalovea Castle, the castle north of Epirocea, the banners (the actual tiny flags, not the icons) representing the noblemen inside the settlement were substantially screwed up in their placement. I suspect this happens to other locations when an army gets inside
How to Reproduce: Observe a dozen or so Lords enter Mecalovea Castle. Test with other settlements
