Lord of Zendar

I know i have seen somthing about this in the forum, but i can't find it now. I have a missio to give the Lord of Zendar a Message. I am finding it difficult, due to the non-existance or hidden nature of said Lord.
If this is a bug please consider this a bug report. if i am not looking hard enough, please give me a hint.

Also, note that, even back then, 3 years ago, there was no bloody lord of Zendar, the quest about him was a BUG.
