Lord keeps getting accused of treason..

I've been playing my game for quite a while, and one of the friendlier lords in the Vaegir faction, Boyar Taisa, keeps getting accused of treason. I learned that he is mad at King Yarolek, for supporting Boyar Ralcha, who apparently led them to defeat against regular fighter. (I know, what?)
Anyway, is there any way I can prevent him from being kicked out? I don't want to go back too far, although I want to keep Boyar Taisa from getting booted. Plus, I'm currently raising 5 vaegir knights for him, and as soon as the last one almost levels, he seems to get accused, and I fail the quest, which causes Marnid to get pissed off at me.

Get a good relationship with him first off. Then you can say something along the lines of "Do you think there is a way we can advance our standings in this realm" something like that. Once your good friends with him and the King, you can give your advice to them, and they usually listen to you. Also if you make good progress in the realm with him, he probally wont be accused so often.
