looters voices when in town...

About every 3 seconds, I hear looters voices (like : Everything has a price! Even your life... ) when in town.Personally , I think that this bug occured ,when I istalled Lords and Realms siege pack with more metal sounds and I guess something went wrong.
Anyone knows how to fix this?
