Summary: Playing an Aserai culture character makes looters and forest bandits drop camels.
How to Reproduce: As an Aserai culture character win a fight against looters or forest bandits and they'll have camels as rewards.

It might not have to do with your culture, as I am playing as Battanians and seem to be getting camels as loot and from traveling peasants.

It's possible for them to get loot from defeating other parties (like caravans) and then you loot that from them.

This is something that emerged with the current update, has nothing to do with your culture.

Same with looters in the north part of the land and also traders have loads of camels to sell there.
