I am a new player and I'm sure most of the people here know the answer to my question.

What do I get if I loot & burn a village when at war and what consequences are there besides the obvious decline of popularity with the village?

Your Relationship with the Faction your attacking with
Decrease .

also the wealth of the village decreases, so if you rule that village some day you will get less money from taxes.
