LOOSE SAVED GAME IF I DOWNLOAD NEWER VERSION OF GAME ?

I have not bought a serial key yet, to buy the game; if i download a newer version of the game will i lose my save game in the trial ?  thanks

If you mean upgrading the game from a lower version than 1.011 you will loose your save game.
If you mean upgrading the game from the trial to full game you wont loose your save game.

It's good to see that your listened to the advice you where told in the Pioneer's guild about caps and posting here

Make a backup copy of your savegame.
Install the newest version of the game.
Test your savegame.
If it is not working properly, then reinstall the previous version of the game, with your backup savegame.

Or alternatively you could check the changelog of the newest version, it should have the information about savegame compatibility.

At least you should tell us what version are you playing.

If I ever got that high of a level, I would start a new game. I like to keep the game interesting, so I start a new game on a different mod or raise the difficulty.
