Looking to get back into M&B

Hey all,

I stopped playing M&B late 2008 (we all lose interest or find new entertainment after a while) and am really considering going back to Calradia in Warband. I really loved M&B and the new features in Warband seem AWESOME (love the added attention to sieges).

Anyway, i have two question about Warband:
- Are there/will there be many Australia/Oceania servers? Is the Oceania player base strong (at least 2 servers with 64 players?).
- What is included in the Collector's Edition of Warband? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Are there any plans to implement steam activation of retail copies of Warband?

There are Oceanic servers, and a fairly sizeable community considering we're still in beta (I'm Oceanic myself).

Also, servers can be hosted privately... so we're bound to see a lot more once the game is released.
