looking for warband mod that changes castle's..

well.. since installing Polished landscapes to my native, it has made many tavern's, citys and castles all muddleded up, and i rememebr there was a mod for warband that changes castles towns ect to new ones so i was wondering if anyone knew the links to them? i have been trynna find them for a while with no lucc so far..
