Looking for a regiment

I am looking for a regiment with my friend, and we've had little success so far. 

We've tried the 15e and 1st prussian, and they were not at all to our liking.  The 15e was very unorganized and didn't seem to care about new players, and the 1st prussian seemed to be incredibly angry towards each other, and was a hostile environment mostly from what we experienced. 

We want a regiment that can teach us and is organized.  We're dedicated players, and would be a good asset if we can be taught. 

Basically we're looking for people who aren't unnecessarily strict, but also at the same time aren't pathetically chaotic and undisciplined, basically for mature people.

Well, there are a lot of good NA clans out there for you to try, which aren't too strict or disorganized. I won't name names because I will probably leave someone out, but you should just keep looking for one that makes you happy.

Check out the 1er Chasseurs, which are Infantry Cavalry and Artillery. I personally live on the east coast as well.

Im from the East Coast, I am a sniper in this regiment, we have artillery, snipers, grenadiers, and normal infantry. We are petitioning our leader for cavalry at the moment. Why dont you look us up http://54eregimentcommunity.enjin.com/ Ive been in for a long time, made it to second lieutenant twice and left twice due to RL situations, Its a great starter unit we average around 30 in Linebattles, and we have trainings three or four times a week. Most stuff happens on the weekends though. and we have a lot of other games we play, notably minecraft and Red Orchestra 2

If you think you are good enough you can try the 1er Grenadiers. I cannot fully explain to you how we work you will simply have to try it out if you want to know. **NOTE: NA and EU trainings are different in how discipline is treated etc, different techniques.**

They didn't seem to want to explain much when I asked questions, and in training, nobody listened to officers, and they shot each other contastly, nobody was quiet while doing drills, and everyone seemed to just mess around and stab each other.
