Resolved LONG WAIT MULTI. WHY?

Hello, I bought the game two days ago, I'd like to level up in the multi section, but I can't play through the matchmaking (find a game) because it's 20 minutes and still running.
I choosed EU Server and Siege option.
I don't understand.
The only way I can play match are through Custom Server List.
Is this normal?
Game is great except from that.

You can play Siege on custom games tab. While it is still being active on matchmaker, most of the players are able to join via custom games tab.
