Long loading

Bug Description: Loading are too long. If i want to enter a city, i need to wait for like 2 or 3 minutes
How To Reproduce The Bug: Enter location
How Often The Bug Occurs: Every time loading screen appears
Computer Specs(Only needed for performance/graphics/stability related bugs/issues):
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050 2gb
CPU: i5-8400
Ram: 8gb
Motherboard: MSI H130M Pro-VDH
Storage Device: Kingston SSD A400 240GB
Operating System: Win 10 Pro
