lol wtf? the faction leader I captured disppeared from prisoner list

even though I didn't pass the prisoner limit, after I captured him had another battle with one of his friend army and won that too and suddenly boom

he's no longer a prisoner

Currently lords seem to escape whenever they reach 100% hp. It's a bug, I think.
