Logs/Trees not appearing at Saw Stations After Being Cut Down.

Received charter to cut down trees in forest by Nuqilin Castle.  After first tree was cut down I received prompt to please go and saw the trees....only no logs/trees appeared at the sawing stations.  Tried leaving coming back, same thing happens.  Tried reloading save, same thing happened.  Reloaded game, same thing happens.  So I can never make my own timber.

Tried going to another forest, same thing happens.

Can you please make a backup of your save and download this file:

Make a backup of the corresponding file and replace it with the download in the Nova Aetas module folder. It should fix this problem and the infinite sawing bug.
Not sure if the game will allow this ad hoc solution. The savegame will not load in that case.

Unfortunately you were correct in speculating that it won't allow an ad-hoc solution like that.  Game crashes while trying to load saying scene_props was the cause.

Good News: Game loads and logs now appear after chopping down trees! 

Even Better News: Infinite sawing still works!

EDIT: Out of curiosity, is it possible to find amber from chopping trees?  It would make sense as amber is produced from plant resin and normally drips down trees and eventually forms either on the tree or at it's base.

It stopped the actual sawing animation; but you still have the prompt and the action bar (you still gain timber and prestige from the infinite sawing).  However you also now get red text.

It's 4.1

I added a few items to my item_kinds1 file; when I tried getting rid of one of them (and reducing the top number of the file by 1) for some reason the load failed until I added it back in.  Maybe you'll need to add 3 (maybe 4 or 5) items into item_kinds before it will load properly.  However, when Nova Aetas failed to load; I received a prompt directly saying item_kinds was responsible.  That was how I figured out I needed to add back in the item I took out (or at least make the number of total items the same) and the game loaded after that.

For the record, I downloaded it and it loaded fine for me.
