I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice

Deleted suggested folders

checked my firewall settings

contacted team support vial email but they couldn't help.

Can I get my money back or are you going to help fix this?

hello
for a week and half i can't reconnect to custom servers when i log in in multiplayer the servers take so long to appear and when everytime i join them the game logs out and tells me ( " not Logged in " )
i reset my route , reinstalled the game ( after it it worked for a day ) . i tried everything i can
