In Progress Login Failed : Could not destroy your old session

Summary: Tried to exit a game during the ending intermission screen and upon relaunching the game the error message "Login Failed : Could not destroy your old session" would appear. I believe my ID is stuck on your servers and this has to be resolved on your end.
