Resolved Login error since Saturday for all players from one match

effecting every player from a singular captains clan match. We all crashed and since then none of us have been able to log back in, as per the other thread "in progress" we can log in on same computer with game shared across family accounts, so the issue is something to do with our accounts being stuck in limbo since the crash. Maybe the lobby thinks we are still logged in our something. Please fix:
