Summary:

I was afk on the duel server. After that, I was auto-kicked and I can not enter the game for many hours.

Sometimes this problem goes away on its own after many hours (you can log in immediately using a VPN, but even on my paid VPN, the level of play is much reduced).

The same problem is observed in many players with whom I spoke.

Please, help.

Where can I send logs so that only you have access? Or does it contain confidential, personal information (other than the windows username in the path)?

The problem comes in the evening for players from Russia.
Ping to 161.35.244.89 (login server) always is ok.
