I saw this article and tried all the solutions but could not find a solution. I guess the only solution is to delete the game

Could you try a clean install to make sure? We are also trying to reproduce the issue in house but we did not face an issue like this pre gamepass release. Could you also send us your PC specs?

At the moment it turns out the callstack or the logs sadly did not help to understand the issue on our side. We will try to reproduce this on our end next week. We are sorry for not being able to fix or find a solution that helps you at this moment.

Another user who was experiencing this issue solved the issue by uninstalling gaming services and deleting its data from regedit while backing his Windows up. Could you also try this?

To understand more about this issue we need you to download the Dependency Walker program. This program (dependency walker) shows the required DLL's of any program. It will help us if the problem is due to a missing DLL issue. You can download it here.

After the download open the program, click on to file and then paste this folder way to the address bar

Find and select TaleWorlds.Native.dll file. Then you can press Save and send us the output via the ticket system.
