Does anyone know what might be causing this? Under "Notes" in the "Locations" tab(where it normally shows towns, villages etc.), it is showing EVERYTHING on the map. Spawn points, lords parties, everything. Does anyone know what could be causing it?

Great Gawain, you broke it...now everybody is a village...just don't try recruiting from the village of Sea Raiders 
Anyway, did you enable the cheat/debug mode (the one where you have to change that one line to (eq, 1 1))? Did you mess with Centers_end/centers_begin (or whatever it's called)? Can I get a hint about what your making? Can you view each parties location on the world map like you can a normal location? If so, it sounds like a debug feature to me.
