In Progress Loadouts no longer save again

Summary: Pretty self-explanatory, the old bug where loadout choices aren't saved between deaths is back. I experienced this numerous times as a Battanian Clan Warrior where I had to select the Die Hard perk after every death because it kept resetting me back to the pikeman skill.

How to Reproduce:

Pick a loadout

Die

Loadout has reset
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070ti
GPU Driver Version: 512.95
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
RAM: 24GB DDR4 3000MHz
Motherboard: ASUS Prime X570-)
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Samsung Evo 960

I guess they didn't apply one of their fixes to the new patch, which is happening often
