Resolved Loadout not saving

Summary: Loadout in skirmish doesnt work for only the cheapset classes for each faction , meaning Recruits , tribal warriors , rabbles , warriors all reset their perks every game .

This is still a thing. Cheapest units perks are not being saved for next map/server. I think it's in all modes (skirmish and tdm for sure).
