Yes I find waiting for it to load and looking at a white screen ...well....sort of wierd. I think it would give it a more professional look if there was a loading screen and if the menu could have a bit more of a spark-but it's still in beta I suppose

i dont notice a white screen when loading. sounds like a personal problem.

also, just be patient for a new menu, it IS just in beta, as u said.

A basic loading progress bar would be nice, since whenever a computer just 'stalls' on a screen I start thinking 'crashOHNOES' and flip out. Not seen any white screens though. *shrugs*

I think he is refering to immediately when you start the game up. For me it is a small white box since my resolution is at 1600 x 1200 and the game runs at 800 x 600 (right?). But since the game loads in about 3 seconds it doesn't really bother me.
