Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: gtx 970
CPU: i5 6500
RAM: 2 x 4gb ddr4
Motherboard: b450m
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 1tb wd

No fps issues, but in battle, especially at the beginning, the game lags in stuttering. Also when switching from menu (party, kingdom, inventory).
I thinks it's related to loading.
