load new skin for only 1 faction

hello i wonna know if it is posible to make the game load a new skin for nord and make them look like skeletons and all the other faction still looks normal'?

Could be possible, but a lot easyer would be with Zombies, or simply make a body, head and legg armor that look like skeleton

You would have to make them a new race - there are several tutorials around for that, if you look around.

Otherwise, you could use a shortcut like I did on Solid and Shade and make armor that looks like skeletons and give it to all nords.
