well, im at day 75 or so, and map is kinda different this time (playing w/o cheats) rhodoks and nords dominated worlds etc. only 1 castle and 1 city of swadia remains etc. and so
so i want to start my kingdom asap  but the thing is... i didnt did much quests except war. and i changed my faction three times alredy(nord-vaegir-rhodok) so my relations isnt well.
so i need list of ords that are likely to betray his kings, so i can make them my lords, start from one seaside city etc

The only way to find this out is to send your companions to collect information.

When you talk to them, ask them a question, and choose "Do you have any connections we could use to our advantage?" And bam, after a week or so, they'll tell you all about the faction that owns the city they happen to visit. Enjoy.

And be sure to have A LOT of right to rule.

There's no downside to doing it if you pick the right companions. Try to pick the ones that aren't as important to the party, then wait for them to come back in a week.

lords that are likely to betray their kings are even likely to betray you.
Not necessarily. This may be the case with some dishonorable lords that are never happy with anything, but good lords stop liking their king after a time of not getting fiefs, or being unfortunate enough to lose a series of battles. If you can pick them up and keep them happy with a few fiefs, etc, they won't be a problem.

Unless you are playing on a very low difficulty, starting your own kingdom at day 75 is likely to go down hill very, very quickly.  Finding malleable lords will be the least of your worries.

For the long-run, companion missions (as others have said) are a good way to do things.  Second, you need to build up personal rep with the individual lords.  You can do this by fighting battles with allied lords or capturing and releasing enemy lords.  Heck, I usually have more friends in enemy factions than in my own.

true but from what the OP said I was thinking more personalities. Fiefless lords are most likely caused by other kingdoms/player actions so they aren't lords who will likely betray their king. They are lords who will betray their king when any other lord would do the same... (except that one or 2 lords per kingdom that seem to be coded to keep loving their king no matter what...)

Any lord without a fief. There is only 1 lord who never defects, that's in the scripts. A kingdom with only 1-2 fiefs = WIN. Just pray that kingodm ain't yours.

you can rule sarranids out because even if there annoyed there all loyal to there king.
Not necessarily; this changes every game.

I believe it has something to do with the randomized lord personalities at game start. Those factions may have had an overwhelming number of debauched, etc, lords so their relations with their lieges fell over time. If they have been getting beat up in battles this would accelerate the process. I've not tracked down solid evidence of this yet in the scripts, but it looks plausible.

As for fixes, I do not know of any.
I was under the impression that all factions had an equal number of honorable, debauched, etc lords from the start. If what you say is true (and I can't say it isn't), that would put a premium on speaking with every lord on the map prior to choosing a faction to join. It's funny though, because as my honor goes up, I seem to increase relations with equal numbers of lords from each faction.

The first seven lords of each faction are equally distributed honorable, debauched, etc. After that, the next 4 older lords are have their personalities randomly selected. After those are selected younger lords (sons of the first seven and the other 4 older lords...so 9 of the lords total) have a 50% chance of having their father's personality and a 50% chance of having a random personality. If the 4 randomly assigned older lords are mostly dishonorable, then there's a large chance that the crop of their kids will be too.

Randomizing lord personalities in this way helps each game flow differently, I'd say. Some games you've a bunch of honor-bound loyalists, and others backstabbers who hop all over Calradia before ending up with the player or a trip to the beyond.
