List of Lords getting cut off?

So I've been playing through a game right now with my own kingdom, and have gotten a ton of lords under my control ( ones from defeated kingdoms, primarily) however when I go to the manage kingdom screen to award them a Fief, it doesn't show all of them, which is a pain because I just gave one of my vassals Fiefs to a new member and planned on giving him a new castle out on the frontlines of the war . Is this a known bug and is there any way around it?.

Edit: upon looking further, it is only listing former members of the Kingdom of Vaegris and Converted party members, however I have a few lords each from each of the other factions including Dark Knights .

I have noticed the same thing, as I add lords the new ones are not showing up when I try to give away fiefs. I haven't found a solution yet.

There is no solution. The list is currently limited to whatever-the-limit-is entries.

Tough to avoid late in the game when you've smashed the majority of the factions... even if you go out of your way to piss off the enemy lords some of them end up joining forcing their way into your faction. Makes me grit my teeth every time I get the 'yay, Lord Moron of the Losers just joined your faction!' message...

You get the same problem with the fief list too. After a while I can't 'award' any of the castles or villages to my rabble unless I give away my precious towns first.

Best way to avoid this is to take all their lands and then leave a few of them with small war parties, i.e. don't wipe them out completely. They can't join another faction and they'll rarely attack you when they have no fiefs.

I took over the Vaegir lands about 200 days ago, they tried to take a castle back and I wiped most of them out. I still see them now and again. They seem to recruit from around Sargoth as most of their non Vaegir troops are Nords. They keep trying to take Suno off the DKs I think.

Meh, let them ask for fiefs and turn down all those you don't need.
If they rebel, hunt 'em, put 'em in prison and let 'em rot.
