- When, as an army, attacking another army that's besieging a friendly town, in the resulting battle the AI won't realize it's actually a siege. The defenders spawn inside the walls and try to get out, the attackers just smush themselves into the gate. If you open the gate, it's like a normal battle with buggy pathfinding because the AI just gets stuck in walls, tents and barricades
- Getting your companions a "job" such as surgeon etc. is severely bugged for me. I chose the autoskill option in the menu and even after several ingame weeks of being a surgeon, my surgeon was still skill level one - same for my quartermaster. It is currently better to do everything yourself.
- The Army commander AI is sometimes extremely buggy. Yelling at me to defend and/or fallback if the enemy is close to routing while we're at almost full strength still
- Enemy armies will very often have vast amounts of out-of-faction units. While that may happen, it's just unimmersive. Especially if all lords of said army are originally from that faction to begin with
- The mercenary payout is severely undertuned. I was offered 30 gold per day as a mercenary, earning lots of influence. Only it never goes up properly, so it's completely meaningless (not that making money is hard in this game, mind you.
- When defeating an enemy army, own-faction units (that were prisoners previously) now turn up as prisoners also, not as recruitable units.
- Pathfinding on the campaign map is bugged. Caravans and Lords will frequently run through mountains or take a swim in the sea if it's a more efficient path.
- Archers sometimes won't shoot at enemies in circle formation
