What would people think of mini-quest arcs similar to MB:F&S in Warband?
For me personally, I sometimes wanted more to my companions story than just a little of the backstory. For example, Deshavia and going back to Kulum? Sure, one quest, some dialog could add more to her story- but I don't feel it would do it justice. What if there was a quest series of 5 quests that might yield some sort of reward. These quests could intertwine with a corresponding companion that, in this case it would be Deshavia and Klethi. Initial trigger could be when the player asks to send out a companion for RtR quest- that the companion first asks if they could do something for them first. Another option possibily could be instead of just getting dialog to when the companion says they like other companion- the player gets an option to accept the mission. For example, when Klethi says 'Have you heard Deshavia's story...', that the player can respond with something like 'We should do that for her' and it triggers a quest to attack a sea raider lair.
I am just testing the waters to see how people feel about this- or maybe know of something already out there.
